Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £70,000 per annum Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing home in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the nursing home team to deliver excellent care and support to residents. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care. - Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. - Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in nursing home management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. - Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively. - Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care. - Relevant nursing qualifications and registration (preferred but not essential).
