Responsibilities include liaising with production control for incomplete kits, modifying parts using hand tools and basic machine tools, and manufacturing simple brackets and tooling. The role requires adherence to quality and technical standards, effective communication with the engineering team to resolve build issues, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the position involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, supporting mechanical fitters with technical assistance, and upholding workplace organisation and housekeeping standards. What we want from you: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office. Experience working in a workshop environment.
