Drywall Contracts Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - Essex & London Company: My client are a reputable drylining company who have been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of £10m, they are looking to continute this growth in the next coming years. They have a very wide range of project portfolio including Education, Commercial, Residential & Healthcare. As they experience a large amount of growth, they are looking for an experienced drylining contracts manager to join a growing team to allow the business to progress further. Duties & responsibilities: You will be responsible for the site management and on-site sub contractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas. You will be responsible for organising manpower/equipment/materials and maintaining excellent cleaning standards/relationships. Also ensuring the sub contractors invoices are checked and verified against the works complete. Ensuring quality is met as per our commitments to our client base. Maintain a relationship with the client team and relevant managers. Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure budgets and targets are being achieved on projects you are responsible for. Experience/Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction industry with a drylining background.
