The Company: My client are a specialist consultancy who delivers exceptional prime residential projects across London and occasionally beyond. With contract values ranging from £2m to £20m, they typically manage five live projects at any one time, with a strong pipeline of tenders in progress. The business is owned by an industry professional, and with growth on the horizon, this role presents the opportunity to be an integral part of the expansion. The Role: This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organised, and driven to progress in the prime residential construction industry. As Junior Project Manager, you will work directly with the business owner, shadowing them and assisting with the day-to-day management of multiple high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Attending client and contractor meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Chasing project stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed. Producing reports and keeping clients informed. Assisting in project coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring efficiency across multiple sites. Gaining a deep understanding of the construction process and high-end residential development. About You: We’re looking for someone who is: Keen, driven, and proactive – this role is suited to someone who wants to be a crucial member of a growing team. Organised and efficient – must be able to stay on top of multiple moving parts across several projects. Client-facing and Professional – strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Background in construction preferred, but open to other relevant experience, as well as candidates who have just completed a related degree. Ideally based in or near London – while much of the work is remote, there will be frequent site visits. Degree-qualified or with relevant experience – chartership is not essential. Why Apply?
