Workday Finance Consultant (Interim Outside IR35 - 6 Months) Location: Remote or Head Office Nottingham (Hybrid) Reward: £300-£500 day Outside IR35 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Consultant to support the integration of a recently acquired business. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, this role is hands-on and will be responsible for configuring, building, and testing Workday Finance functionalities to ensure a seamless transition. The ideal candidate will have a finance background and has transitioned into a Workday specialist, bringing both technical expertise and financial acumen. Key Responsibilities Act as the Workday Finance subject matter expert, advising on best practices. Configure, build, and test Workday Financials to support the integration process.Collaborate with Finance, HR, and key business stakeholders to ensure smooth system adoption. Support the design, development, and implementation of Workday Finance solutions. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.Ideal Experience & Skills Workday Finance expertise, including configuration, security, and business processes. Financial background (Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant preferred) with Workday specialisation. Strong experience in Workday implementation, integration, or optimisation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, decentralised environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Why Apply?
