Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: Circa £70,000 15% Bonus We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee residential house building projects based in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction of residential projects in line with design specifications and safety policies Ensure all activities follow the company's health and safety procedures, maintaining a culture of safety on site Coordinate day-to-day activities on site, managing site resources including labour, plant, and materials Develop project documentation, including programmes and budgets, in collaboration with the Contracts Manager Oversee the programming, planning, and execution of all works Manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets required standards and deadlines Liaise with design teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met Monitor site progress, quality standards, productivity targets, and costs Identify potential savings and highlight overspends Ensure the quality of construction is upheld throughout the project lifecycle Produce and maintain progress reports, quality plans, and site schedulesRequirements: Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management Professional qualification to an appropriate level Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients Self-motivated and proactive Attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent technical and practical knowledge with the ability to resolve important details Must hold a full UK driving licence and be valid to drive in the UK First Aid trained SMSTS qualifiedSalary & Benefits: Circa £70,000 per annum 15% performance-related bonus Private health care Pension schemeIf you are a proactive Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects, we'd love to hear from you Apply today to join a dynamic and growing team
