Tendering / Bid" Person to join a contractor in the Stoke on Trent area - THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE Paying an excellent salary Job description Our client is looking for a Tendering / Manager / Estimator / Engineer required for a Energy contractor who provide power to sub stations. Duties: Obtaining supplier quotes (understanding of pursuing manufacturers for rapid return of prices both firm and budget) Understanding TOCs Compiling cost build up sheets Produce payment schedules Produce technical offer letters Understand G81 standards Use of cloud-based software (Oracle, JNC etc) Experience in: Excel (all aspects) Programme creation (we have a P6 planner) CVR reporting One Drive and SharePoint 11 to 132kV substation design and construction, primary and secondary, civil trench, and construction Experience in the ICP market to 132kV (training provided for higher voltage levels and EPC schemes) ISO processes Good presentation skills Good personal skill Driving licence
