With extensive capabilities in precision machining and finishing, the business delivers precision components to the highest standards. As part of an increase in sector capabilities, they are following a continued growth pattern. CNC Miller Responsibilities: Develop and implement CNC programs Comfortable programming using Mazak controls. Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines to produce complex components. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure product accuracy. Deliver high-quality machined parts within specified tolerances and timelines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimise processes and efficiency. CNC Miller Requirements: Proven experience of working within a precision machining environment. Proficiency in programming with Mazak controls. In-depth knowledge of setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. CAD/CAM experience is preferential but not essential.
