Technical Coordinator

In the next year, we plan to deliver over 4,000 new quality homes, with a significant portion dedicated to first-time buyers at an average price of £150,000. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Coordinator in Nottingham, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication between teams. Daily tasks include assisting with technical queries, managing projects to meet deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management Abilities Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Experience Technical Support Expertise Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the construction or housing industry is a plus
