Resident Liaison Officer

Blue Water Recruitment are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to start in NottingHam Starting immediate temp to perm Ensure excellent communication with Residents: Make appointments with residents Explain the role of Lovell Partnerships. Actively promote Lovell Partnerships. Build resident confidence. Create professional environment. Visit with details of works and timescales. Leave Lovell communication pack with resident. Identify Customer needs (working parents/shift patterns/health issues etc). Attend open days, public meetings Assisting with exhibitions, gala days To be an ambassador for the company at meetings and exhibitions Link with Client/Resident/Line Management Ensure that all residents can access and receive the best possible service Develop key client contacts to ensure that the residents are fairly represented and that service delivery is maintained at the highest possible level Resolve any escalated complaints and ensure that the effective Complaints Procedure are in place Inform the resident of any delays of changes to the work that has been scheduled Daily Line Management Meetings. Open Forum Client/Management Meeting. Complete resident inductions and profiles. Daily interaction with residents.
