DEA/ Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyors – 12 months contract – Price Work (per survey) Around £200 - £300 per day Location: Nottingham & Loughborough Key Requirements: To carry out pre/post inspections to identify repairs/defects and potential improvements. To prepare specifications and estimates as when required. Experience working withing Social Housing (Essential) Work independently and manage a variable caseload (Between 8-12 Surveys per day) Attend properties to carry out appropriate inspections and provide advice to tenants on a range of health and housing issues. Maintaining proper records of visits and inspection findings, making recommendations to senior managers on any areas needing further actions. Be proficient in the use of devices, aids, and instruments for making assessments and diagnosis of building failures. Knowledge in legislation, standards and processes including HHSRS Energy Performance analysis would be desirable/DEA Qualification Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training Must be proactive and have the desire to succeed Prior experience in Stock Condition Surveying
