Whether you have previous experience in a school setting or transferable skills from childcare or support work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Your Responsibilities: - Work closely with the class teacher to support learning and engagement in the classroom. - Provide 1:1 and small group support, adapting activities to meet individual learning needs. - Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and lesson delivery. - Support children's social and emotional development, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. - Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to monitor and enhance pupil progress. What We're Looking For: - Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting (preferred but not essential). - A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young learners. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for helping children succeed. - A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work is beneficial but not required.
