Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities for this Senior/Quantity Surveyor role: - Managing all costs relating to the building and civil engineering examination schemes. - Ensuring projects are completed within the projected budget. - Providing financial and commercial advice to the project team. - Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. - Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle. - Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks. - Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards Key requirements for this Senior/Quantity Surveyor role: - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors. - Strong understanding of construction contracts, tender processes, and cost control mechanisms. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. - Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential Package on offer for this Senior/Quantity Surveyor Role: - Competitive, above market salary - depending on experience - Yearly salary review - 23 days annual leave BH's - Pension Scheme - Superb employee assistance programme - Fantastic progression opportunities How to apply for this Senior/Quantity Surveyor role: If you are interest in this position, then please apply via this job board.
