Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a 2-3 month contract, with a focus on procurement within the design and build sector.As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, as well as ensuring that all materials and services are obtained at the best possible price. You will also be involved in cost planning and commercial management, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the design and build sector, with a strong understanding of procurement processes. You should also have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.In return, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable experience within the design and build sector.
