Accounts Payable Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Plan and direct all activities within the Accounts Payable Department, including payments within terms, payment projections, and supplier reconciliations. Collate, prepare, and interpret financial performance against key business metrics. Ensure the efficient execution and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes to achieve strategic objectives. Oversee financial reporting for multiple business funds, including marketing and supply chain funds across various markets. Serve as a business partner by delivering accurate and insightful financial information to budget holders, ensuring proper revenue accounting, and optimizing fund spending. Manage and enhance the digital platform for electronic vouchering. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in managing accounts payable functions and leading a team. Worked on a book value of R 500 million to R 1 billion. Strong understanding of financial reporting and performance analysis. Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
