Finance Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to lead our financial operations in a fast-paced, diverse, and growing supply chain environment. This is a senior-level role where youll be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while providing strategic insights to senior management to help drive business success. Job Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth. In-depth understanding of supply chain operations and financial management in a diverse environment. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A proven track record of managing complex financial tasks, budgets, and forecasts. Key Responsibilities: BCom and SAICA/SAIPA articles - Required. Lead the financial strategy and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company. Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability. Ensure the efficient financial management of the companys diverse operations, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to ensure that financial objectives are met. Prepare and present high-level financial reports to stakeholders and senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to financial controls and policies. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
