Financial Manager

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with industry standards and regulations. Analyse and interpret financial data, offering actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making. Provide tax guidance and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, particularly in the facilities and property sectors. Lead the preparation and management of cash flow, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable processes. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: A qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA). Experience: Three to four years of post-article experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management or property sectors.
