Wet Services Draughtsperson

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed wet services drawings, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping systems, using AutoCAD or Revit. Develop accurate layouts, schematics, and technical documentation based on project specifications. Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and contractors to ensure that designs meet compliance and industry standards. Modify and revise drawings as required to reflect design changes or client requests. Conduct site visits when necessary to assess existing conditions and support project execution. Maintain project records and ensure that all drawings are stored and updated correctly. Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Draughting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM experience is a plus). Experience in wet services, plumbing, and sanitary piping design is essential. Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations related to wet services. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
