Financial Manager: CA(SA)

Job Description: The Financial Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and sales reporting. This role will play a key part in developing pricing strategies, managing revenue generation, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of accurate annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with company goals. - Financial Reporting: Manage the production of timely and accurate financial reports for stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports to track performance, monitor trends, and provide recommendations for improvements. - Pricing Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and remain competitive in the market. - Revenue Management: Monitor revenue performance, identify potential revenue streams, and work to improve profitability across financial products and services. - Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and advice to senior management on cost management, investment opportunities, and strategic business decisions. Requirements: - CA(SA) is essential - Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive or financial services sectors. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and pricing development. - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with experience using financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel, etc.). - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
