Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Draft and manage all export-related documents, such as export licenses, contracts, and shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin). Ensure that all export activities comply with local and international regulations, such as import/export restrictions, tariffs, and duties, especially when dealing with sensitive or protected designs and intellectual property. Collaborate with legal experts to ensure that contracts and terms comply with international trade laws and any specific export requirements for architectural projects. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, or couriers to organize the transportation of architectural plans, models, materials, or construction products abroad. Keep track of the status of shipments, handle any delays, and ensure timely delivery to international clients or project site. Ensure that any physical shipments (e.g., materials, physical models, mock-ups) are properly packaged according to international shipping standards. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and collaborators, ensuring smooth communication regarding product delivery, service timelines, and any requirements for architectural products or services being exported. Work closely with the project management team to understand delivery timelines and requirements, ensuring the export process aligns with overall project schedules. Manage invoicing for export transactions, ensuring that payments are made promptly and in compliance with international financial regulations (e.g., exchange rates, taxes, payment terms). Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure that any designs, blueprints, or construction documents being sent abroad meet the export standards or requirements for foreign markets. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field (Advantageous) Experience working in sustainable building design, Construction, Real-estate or Architecture.
