UI/UX Architect - Web & Mobile Platform

UI/UX Architect-JD As a creative UI/UX Architect, you shall structure, develop and improve the website & app usability of our digital platforms. The UI/UX Architect's duties include developing wireframes, ensuring the app's aesthetics, grooming design stories/wireframes on collaborative platforms, and coordinating with the outsourced development team. You should also analyse the behaviours and patterns of users, optimise for improved usability and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. UI UX Designer Responsibilities : - Investigating user experience design requirements for our digital platforms. - Developing and conceptualising a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the products. - Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. - Designing UI elements and tools for our digital assets, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets. - Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. - Collaborating with the product & engineering team; external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for digital users. - Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyse and predict user behaviour. - Design discussions & documentation reviews to ensure consistency across the platforms for the best user experience. - Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic designs. UI UX Designer Requirements : - Master's Degree in Communication Design / Computer science or a similar field - 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer & 2 years as an architect for digital products - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms - UI/UX designer for social media platforms is an added advantage - Working knowledge on some of the following technologies and softwares : Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite - A team player but can work independently too - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks - Providing interactive designs by adopting agile methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Have a flexible approach and be creative (ref:hirist.tech)
