Project Management Officer - Decision Analytics

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) for decision support and programme management. - Plan and execute Analytics and AI initiatives, including defining tasks, methods, and team assignments. - Assist Business/Divisions in identifying and prioritizing use cases for analytics. - Facilitate the project scoping process and problem-solving activities. - Assist in shortlisting external partners and work seamlessly with them. - Interact with Business and Data Science teams to deploy analytics solutions effectively. - Streamline project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery. - Define impact parameters/KPIs aligned with programme objectives. - Monitor and report on programme progress and performance. - Advocate for the adoption of analytics and data insights across the organization. Skills Required : - Strong consulting skills, including influence, stakeholder management, and analytical reasoning. - Critical thinking abilities to assess complex situations and provide strategic guidance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. - Proven track record in programme management and decision support. - Familiarity with analytics and AI technologies and their applications in business settings.
