Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, providing critical coordination and dispatch support within the commercial mechanical construction sector. This role is ideal for a professional with a stable work history, a solid local presence, and expertise in managing service operations for commercial HVAC systems. With a minimum of three years in a similar role as a commercial mechanical contractor, the ideal candidate will excel in scheduling, client communication, and efficient team support to maintain high standards in HVAC service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage daily schedules, dispatching skilled HVAC technicians to meet service demands while optimizing route planning and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on technician arrival times, job progress, and service completion, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking open service tickets, prioritizing urgent needs, and ensuring timely follow-ups for completed and pending services.
• Handle essential administrative duties such as logging service details, preparing invoices, managing parts orders, and ensuring all documentation aligns with compliance and company standards.
• Work closely with field technicians, service managers, and other coordinators to address any scheduling conflicts, technical queries, or logistical challenges that may arise.

Qualifications​

• At least three years of experience as a dispatcher or service coordinator, ideally within a commercial mechanical contractor setting.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay organized in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC service processes and understanding of commercial HVAC systems are essential for effective technician support and client communication.
• Experience with service dispatch or coordination software and a working knowledge of tools like MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, or similar applications.
• Proven stability in past roles, preferably within the Phoenix, AZ, area, with a consistent employment record in HVAC or related mechanical service coordination.
