Key Responsibilities:

• Work on high-quality, complex cases with a focus on medical malpractice defense
• Handle depositions, motion practice, expert depositions, and second-chair responsibilities
• Collaborate with top-notch paralegals and a nurse on staff to support case preparation

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense (preferred) or strong litigation background
• Demonstrated proficiency in depositions, motion practice, and managing expert depositions
• Highly intelligent, proactive, and eager to learn
• Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with significant mentorship
