Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

Our client is growing and adding an EHS Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI. Awesome opportunity to strategically drive EHS through multiple locations within North America.

Duties:

• Adhere to Federal and Local EHS programs and apply to in-house programs across all business units.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training programs at a corporate level
• Ensure company-wide health and safety programs
• Process Workers' Compensation claims, investigations, and return to work processes with employees, managers, and HR business partners
• Strategic planning on all internal EHS programs

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Safety and Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in management with 5 plus years in EHS
• P&L contributor
• Certifications of CHCM, 30-Hour OSHA, CSP, CIH, and/or ASP preferred
• Strong leadership qualities
• Previous experience as a strategic business partner

Onsite role with Domestic Travel required!
