Counsel (Employment Law) | B-Corp | Remote

Our client, a Benefit Corporation of nationwide scope and over 50 employees, seeks an In-House Counsel attorney with extensive labor and employment law experience to step into a significant leadership role. The incoming attorney should be well versed in California labor and employment laws and compliance matters. Experience at a major firm is desired.

The successful candidate will join an extremely purpose driven team, dedicated to enhancing the lives of working class individuals, while also supporting impactful non-profit organizations.

The following requirements must be fulfilled: 1) CA Bar admission and 2) at least 4 years of labor and employment law experience.

Base compensation is $220-250k
