Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Outreach Support Specialist to join a key team in space operations, serving as the primary liaison with the user community for a critical space traffic management system. This role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including SSA data providers, owner-operators, and members of the broader space operations community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of engagement with the user community, facilitating the registration and use of a space traffic management system.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with SSA data and service providers, owner-operators, and other stakeholders to ensure the provision of essential safety services.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to improve the support and functionality of the space traffic management system.
- Represent the operations center in interactions with government and commercial stakeholder organizations, addressing operational issues, data requirements, and organizational responsibilities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of communication and collaboration across various entities involved in space operations.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: Experience in operations support, stakeholder engagement, or customer service, preferably within the space operations or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in gathering and acting on user feedback.
- Availability: Ability to work a normal day shift with potential for occasional flexibility as needed.
