Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to add to our rapidly growing team. The Operations Coordinator will organize and manage all office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for Data Entry using QuickBooks and MS SharePoint, answering phones, material receiving, customer invoice processing, to include AIA request for progress payment and schedule of values, NTO requests, and processing AR/AP documents for use by the Accounting Department. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for various human resources related functions, following and enforcing communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, ensuring process control and adherence, as well as task delegation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills are needed. Ability to function in a team environment and at times, operate independently.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Operations Coordinator in the Construction Industry, preferably within the commercial glass installation industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain a healthy culture of continuous improvement for our team members
  • High degree of self-discipline – leading by example and demonstrating courage to deliver the requirements with a positive attitude
  • Alignment with our company mission, vision, culture, and the ability to hold self and others accountable to maintaining and building the reputation of the business
