Senior Attorney - Construction Defect Litigation Attorney

Leading prominent firm is growing and seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 5-20 years' of Construction Defect Litigation experience for their Los Angeles, CA office. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving practice and work on a wide array of sophisticated and complex matters.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage assigned cases from inception through trial
• Handle cases with minimal supervision
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle court appearances and hearings
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Trial and pre-trial experience preferred but not required
• Strong research and writing skills
• Minimum of 5 years of construction litigation experience
• Must be Licensed to practice and in good standing in California

Compensation Range 175k-215k+ (Salary can be adjusted depending on experience) and Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid
