Are you an experienced Multi-Family Superintendent ready to take charge of large-scale projects? A premier contractor in Austin, specializing in multi-family and mixed-use developments. Their projects range in value from $30M upwards, and we are seeking a Superintendent with proven expertise in managing complex, high-value multi-family construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations for multi-family and mixed-use projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead the construction team, coordinating all activities on site and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
• Manage day-to-day problem solving, ensuring smooth site operations
• Maintain strong communication with the project management team, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project specifications

Requirements:

• 5-8 years’ experience solely managing multi-family construction projects valued at $30M+
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate large construction teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to delivering top-quality work
• Ability to handle complex, high-pressure project environments
