I'm recruiting for a Project Manager role with an innovative, fast-growing company based in Orlando. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity offering a competitive salary of $125,000 plus bonuses, with additional openings for those with senior project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring they align with objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive projects to successful completion.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early and put mitigation strategies in place to keep projects on track.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and communication with clients.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future success.

Key Qualifications:

• Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a relevant field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey expectations, updates, and resolve issues.
• Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with solid analytical and decision-making skills.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing and motivating teams across functions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and the MS Office Suite.
• PM Certification (Preferred): PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
