Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Trusted European Automotive shop in Rockville, MD searching for experienced technicians A or B Level to join their team. Originally specializing in BMW and Mini Cooper, we have expanded to serve other top European makes, including Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche. Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced A or B-level Automotive Technicians with at least 5 years in the field. If you’re skilled in diagnosing CAN bus systems, using oscilloscopes, and producing efficient hours, this could be the right fit. We offer a competitive, flat-rate compensation structure and a fully equipped facility to support your success.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles (specializing in BMW, Mini Cooper, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche).
• Diagnostics, including oscilloscope use and CAN bus system troubleshooting.
• Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Uphold our reputation for excellence by providing reliable, trustworthy service to our valued clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (European vehicle experience required).
• Proven track record of producing hours effectively.
