Our client is a global leader in the steel and mining industry, specializing in infrastructure steel products. Headquartered in Pueblo, Colorado, they deliver top-notch products and services, boast superior production efficiency, and foster a workplace dedicated to employee development.


We are currently seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to contribute to the daily operations of the Pueblo steel mill. The position initially involves a 6-month contract with the potential for permanent placement.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to identify and fill recruitment needs effectively.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment logistics, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding and orientation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Enhance HR efficiency by implementing streamlined processes for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping, time tracking, and compliance tasks.
  • Assist with managing uniform and supply needs for new hires.


What You Bring To The Table:

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally with an industrial or manufacturing background (not required but preferred)
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Oracle, Kronos) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
