Job Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Associate to join our fast-paced Compound Management Group and work on delivering high-quality compound submission, processing, and request fulfillment efficiently and accurately.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate the timely shipment of compounds to and from CROs, partners, and collaborators in accordance with strict weekly schedules.
• Provide first-tier troubleshooting support under supervision to address any operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the daily organization and maintenance of the compound management workspace and contribute to compound archive reformatting and replenishment projects.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science with at least 2+ years of industry lab experience and 1 year of Compound Management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, efficiently deliver high-quality and accurate work, and prioritize workload effectively.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
