Senior Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense

Leading prominent firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with 5+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience for their growing Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities:

• File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
• Legal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefs
• Regularly representing clients at depositions and hearings

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in GA
• 5+ years' experience
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
