Reconstruction Manager

The Reconstruction Manager is responsible to lead the Reconstruction department to ensure resources are deployed in a timely and effective manner to ensure customers receive the highest and most urgent care possible in property reconstruction situations. This role requires significant coordination with other functional leaders within the business to ensure the team is always providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage reconstruction project budgets with direction from assigned Project Managers
• Schedule and deploy mitigation personnel and equipment resources in property reconstruction scenarios
• Manage a portfolio of sub-trades to ensure third-party vendors adhere to similar service expectations as employees
• Identify potential project risks and issues and communicate them to project managers
• Maintain and manage inventories of both regularly required and specialty building materials as needed
• Document project delivery milestones and other relevant project information in project databases

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2 years leading a team of 4 or more direct reports in a restoration environment
• Journeymen’s certificate in a related trade
