Security Systems Installer

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable working 40+ hours a week
• Familiar with power and hand tools (i.e Screwdrivers, Wire Cutters, and Drills)
• Basic understanding of networks and internet (i.e how routers, modems, and mesh points interact and what they are, what is a causes internet lags, etc)
• Comfortable working with smart devices and applications
• Excellent customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

• 1 year of experience installing security equipment
• 1 year of professional customer service experience
• Technical training

Job Description:

A customer of Insight Global is looking for Install Technicians to support their customer base on site in Tyler, TX. These individuals will be responsible for working with the customer base in the local area to install home security systems at various residence locations in the local territory. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the customer setting up their new system and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system. This individual must be comfortable using their personal vehicle to go to and from the customer sites to the shop location and will have onsite training at the start of their employment.

Compensation:

$19/hr to $23/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
