Our client is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead teams and drive successful project completion with a strong commitment to safety, scheduling, and team coordination.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will oversee all on-site operations, manage project schedules, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with various project stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a solid track record of team leadership, excels in scheduling and communication, and has a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily, commercial, municipal, K-12, or higher education projects
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to create and maintain project schedules
• Deep commitment to safety and OSHA standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
