Commercial Estimator

We are looking for an Experience Commercial Estimator that is a team player with long term commitment and following requirements:

Preconstruction:

• Preform detail bid documents, comprehend engineering specifications, technical and architectural plans to identify, evaluate and estimate materials, manpower, schedule and budget.

• Provide feedback from project site visits and perform assessments for proper estimating.

Estimating:

• Compile and present detail take-off information on spreadsheets of scopes of work, general conditions and itemized pricing. (Material, labor, and/or subcontractor detail breakdown).

• Manage bid review process

• Manage the solicitation of proposal requests to subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare final bid form for submission and/or delivery

• Prepare proposal requests, submittals, and other duties as directed.

• Project Management experience preferred.

Experience:

• Project solicitation experience.

• Relationship and experience working with governmental & private entities (govt,state,city,county,school,private)

• Successful bid track record

• Good communication skills
