Corporate Paralegal

We are looking for an extremely experienced corporate paralegal to support our team of corporate lawyers in our West Hollywood office (this is an in-office position). The successful candidate would have 7-10 years of experience with entity formation and maintenance. We handle tens of thousands of Secretary of State filings, so we're looking for a Secretary of State filing wizard who has experience researching status, handling routine filings, reinstating entities. We also handle the corporate minutes for thousands of entities, so we're looking for someone with experience preparing corporate resolutions.

This position will be based in our office at 9000 Sunset. While there is some flexibility on a limited work-from-home schedule, this is mainly an in-office position.
