Receptionist – Leading Private Equity Firm
Our client, a leading private equity firm in Santa Monica, is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage phone lines, greet guests professionally, and handle office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. This role is onsite daily in Santa Monica. A B.A. degree is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management: Oversee all front office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Guest Relations: Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy, making a lasting impression.
Communication Hub: Respond to inquiries from employees, callers, and visitors with clarity and efficiency.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with building maintenance and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
Event Planning: Manage the office calendar and organize meetings and events, enhancing team collaboration.
Office Opening/Closing: Ensure the office is opened and closed daily, maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
Compensation: $50K - $55K
