Nurse Director Medical/Surgical

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director of Med/Surg! Bonus incentive plus Sign-On Bonus!

Reports to an ACNO and then to a CNO (there is lots of opportunity to grow and advance!)

Oversight over a 42 bed Med/Surg unit.

57 FTEs (Director, Manager, 4 CNCs or Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs.)

Very engaged unit, recently remodeled/upgraded entire floor!

• Licensed RN with BSN.
• 2+ years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Manager level experience.
• Open to any adult inpatient experience from an acute hospital setting.
• BCLS or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
