Account Specialist / CSA

We work as an ensemble and have a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm.

The ideal candidate is one who already has account opening experience in the world of finance.

Responsibilities Include:

Produce all document support and invoices for clients per instructions in tasks assigned by an Advisor or Paraplanner. Supervise the Admin Assistant and provide backup support for the front office.

Principal Responsibilities

• Open, Update and Maintain all types of accounts for clients, including following the complete new account checklist

• Prepare and send out various letters and documents in both electronic and paper format for review and signature

• Complete assigned CRM tasks

• Maintain accurate records of accounts as instructed

• Supervise the Admin Assistant

• Develop and maintain written systems of all activities (Workflows)

• Handle all Divorce Consulting and Financial Plan Invoicing via Square and monitoring open invoices and payments

• Ensure client has been emailed if a check was deposited

• Run monthly billable report

• Monitor docusign

• Assist the Advisors and Paraplanners as requested

• Assist the Client Experience & Front Office Manager as needed

• Serve as a member of the Operations Team, handling any tasks assigned by the Team

• Other Projects and tasks as assigned.
