Senior Director of Food and Beverage

We are seeking a talented Senior Director of Food Service Operations to oversee a multi-unit operation in Albuquerque. This role will help plan and manage multiple contracted services while meeting operational and financial goals with a continued focus on the customer and consumer needs. Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 base, bonus program (approx $25k annually), comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401k with company match and much more! relocation assistance available

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of 15 salaried managers and 200+ hourly employees
• Oversee operating budget of $15M+
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in contract dining (corporate dining or higher education experience preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
