Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal in North Charleston, SC This role requires a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional with a passion for legal support, particularly in probate, litigation, and personal injury law. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing cases related to probate, litigation, and personal injury law
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and manage case documents through CourtPlus
• Organize and prioritize multiple case files, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to clients, even in high-pressure situations
• Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needs arise in our collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, especially in probate, litigation, and personal injury
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in LexisNexis, CourtPlus, and general legal research software
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities across various cases
• Positive, client-centered attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and a constantly evolving legal landscape
