• Salary with bonuses and benefits
• 4- or 4.5-day workweek
• Weekend clinic rotated about 1 Sat/Sun every 2 to 3 months
• Evening shifts are totally optional
• About 1 day of call per month
• Looking to add 3 pediatricians over the next several months due to growth
• Primarily outpatient with newborn rounding only
