Location: Must reside in Florida

Can work remotely

Entry level job duties include but not limited to:

  • Remote position working Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Accurately process medical record requests, this includes fulfilling requests that ask for medical, billing, and/or images to be sent in pdf, DVD, or secure email for all assigned clients.
  • Burn multiple CDs at one time using a desktop computer and laptop
  • Must have adequate space to setup a desktop computer and laptop plus 2 Cd burners
  • Contact appropriate contact persons in a timely manner for mailing supplies
  • Drop off CDs at post office for mailing daily
  • Monitor client queues and clear daily
  • Identify and notify Lead if additional help is needed due to high volume
  • Notify Lead of any issues preventing processing, i.e. access issues, system speed
  • Communicate professionally with other teams to fulfill job duties
  • Reports directly to the POD Lead
  • Send daily End of Day screenshots to Lead and Manager
  • Work occasional overtime to assist as needed in overflow processing due to high volume issues and/or coverage issues
  • Abide by HIPAA guidelines while ensuring the confidentiality of PHI
  • Attend all standups the team has each week
  • Report all hours worked accurately into ADP
  • Enter stats accurately in self-report tracker
