Adobe CJACustomer Journey Analytics Lead

Data Integration Management: Oversee the data integration from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets within CJA to extract actionable insights.

Validation and Tagging: Validate analytics, tagging, and data integrity pre- and post-production.

Cross-Platform Insights: Use Adobe Analytics to aggregate multiple digital data sources for comprehensive insights.

SQL Utilization: Employ SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript.

Familiarity with data visualization tools.

Certification Preferences:

Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert and Adobe Analytics Developer Expert/Master certifications.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert certification is highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

6+ years of experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
