Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home. All about the role We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Care in R&D Food Preservation EU team. You'll play a key role in our cost-reduction program by driving the collection and analysis of product cost data. You'll be responsible for establishing a standardized methodology to gather cost-related information from various functions, ensuring consistent data integration with the product bill of materials (BOM). As a key member of the project team, you'll be the go-to person for reporting cost-out program findings (DME results) during monthly forum meetings. You'll also be responsible for explaining the findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders. What you’ll do Assist the Product Care Manager and Direct Material Efficiency (DME) leaders during the preliminary assessment of the Product providing estimation, evaluation and tracking of cost and continue this activity during the entire project execution. Establish and maintain periodical reports. Guarantee proper interface with Company Financial Department local and global. Analyse BOM structure and components costs (DM/STK). Examinate running change results by month and support Product Care Manager. Have a proactive approach as part of the project team oriented to the fulfillment of the Project and Company objectives. Who you are Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment. Management Engineering or Economics Degree (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Where you'll be This is a full-time position, based in Electrolux Food Preservation site in Susaegana (Italy) about 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.
