Lutron is seeking a driven, self-motivated Senior IT Specialist out of our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will support our IT Digital Workplace operations by applying your problem-solving capability to assist with end user requests, software, and internal IT operations. In this position, you will leverage your proven interpersonal skills and technical expertise to meet the needs of our employees and contractors. Your impact will be the optimization of software platform selection and implementation achieved by applying your skills in troubleshooting, effective communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

Review and support new software requests from users
Manage existing software platforms that are controlled by IT
Review new features for existing software as they become available and implement as needed for use within the company
Work with users to implement new software platforms in a secure and scalable manner
Be involved in all aspects of IT Digital Workplace operations
Be flexible and help with other projects and responsibilities as needed

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree in the IT field

Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00
Knowledge of computer systems, software applications, operating systems, networking and/or AV systems
2 or more years of experience in an IT function preferred
Willingness to travel to Lehigh Valley office locations, beyond Coopersburg, as needed
